When Your Child goes to boot camp....

This past few months have been an emotional rollercoaster, waiting for the inevitable of my oldest daughter, Ms. Nichols, leaves for Coast Gaurd boot camp this weekend and its so hard to explain how one feels about it. I am so very proud of her, and yet i want to go with her to protect her and help her take those first unsteady steps of spreading her wings and growing into a beautifully well adjusted young woman. She is now on Cape May New Jersey. Please accept my appology of being absent from my blog. I will catch up!!!
Many Best Wishes
With Love and respect,
Jackie, Plain-n-simple!

Ya know Jackie I admire any parent that can let their most precious gift take arms and join the service! Freedom is not free but sometimes the price can be unbearable....Hang in there and know she is loved by millions for what she is undertaking! Pam
