Izannah Walker black boy doll

Here is a picture of my next Izannah Walker doll, he is a boy and i am contemplating a dark gray miniature polk a dot print dress for him. I want to stick to the original period outfitting for boys, which was an actual dress with long bloomers. Hope you like him so far. I think he is beautiful! His blushing and lip colour are not as pink as the picture appears. Thanks Shirl for the inspirational photo! : )

My Next Izannah Walker type doll will be a boy

This is a picture of my next Izannah Walker type doll. I am sure it will be a boy, but he is the first one i have ever made a second 'skin' on like the original IW dolls. I am so proud of myself!!! To me, its a huge accomplishment, i also like the way his feet turned out, and he will have removable leather shoes.
