I took a break from dollmaking and we picked blackberries yesterday, and made a delicious blackberry pie. I have to admit i have never made a blackberry pie before, so be critical if you will, but it was absolutely delicious, with home made whipping cream. Oh Man!!!!!!!!!!! I have to laugh, because i though for sure i was going to share a massacred pie mess. I still need practice tho...hehe...which will come with time...

That's a beautiful pie, Jackie--and I bet it was delicious. Don't pinch the rims too hard...just run a brush of water around the bottom rim before putting the top on and pinching...it seals it better. ;~)
