Hello Fellow doll makers,and Doll Lovers and collectors alike, I have joined The Izannah Doll Workshop being offered By Dixie Redmond, It is an on-line class... I am so beside myself to be taking this class, and actually make a doll so similar to an Original. Dixie is giving the class and has studied the original dolls for years, to prepare this pattern, which she is offering with this informative class, Oh its going to be great!!!!!! If you are like me, You LOVE Izannah Walker dolls, I just have never seen one or felt an original. I am hoping this will bring my dolls closer, in appearance to the original Izannah Walker doll. I'm so happy you signed up......not that you need this class my friend....your Izzy's are already wonderful..but I'm so happy you will be taking it too...I signed up last week :) This will be fun Jackie!

I am thinking about joining in....depends upon monetary Christmas "gifts" coming my way. I have always had a big soft spot for Izannah Walkers dolls. So charming...

Jackie, I'm not sure how you can improve on your dolls in any way and I'm sure looking forward to seeing what you do. This class sounds like it will be a lot of fun for you!

Actually Sue, I received the pattern, and there are alot of differences in my dolls and the pattern! I am amazed, and excited! Thank You so very much for the sweet compliment!!!!

Of course Jackie doesn't need a class. :-) Her Izannahs are beautiful. But I am thrilled and excited to see what she might do with the pattern.
