My latest doll...

Here is a WIP, I kinda like her, but she's still missing that " Izzyiness " that i have been trying to capture. Not sure on her dress color, yet. Dixie sent me some beautiful burnt orange Thimbleberry print , maybe i'll use that? Hmmm? I can see a few changes i need to make...like the black lines in her hair, that you can't see otherwise? Crazy....Back to the drawing board....
Many Doll hugs,
Jackie

Here she is after i gave her more eyelids...

Izannah Walker doll Class

Hello Fellow doll makers, and Doll Lovers and collectors alike, I have joined The Izannah Doll Workshop being offered By Dixie Redmond, It is an on-line class... I am so beside myself to be taking this class, and actually make a doll so similar to an Original. Dixie is giving the class and has studied the original dolls for years, to prepare this pattern, which she is offering with this informative class, Oh its going to be great!!!!!! If you are like me, You LOVE Izannah Walker dolls, I just have never seen one or felt an original. I am hoping this will bring my dolls closer, in appearance to the original Izannah Walker doll. Hope to see ya there!
Many Hugs,
Jackie
